“Our filing refutes Beasley Allen’s procedurally flawed attempt to evade the Appellate Division’s order mandating the plaintiff law firm’s disqualification from the talc litigation for its knowing, deliberate and egregious ethical violations. Beasley Allen engaged in the unethical conduct to thwart resolutions that were in the best interests of all claimants for its own financial gain. Having been appropriately sanctioned for its wrongdoing, Beasley Allen no longer has a voice in these proceedings.”
