The decision goes beyond the appropriate inquiry on a summary judgment motion by drawing inferences and resolving disputed factual issues that should be left to a jury. The evidence shows that defendants made false statements about cosmetic talc and asbestos exposure, and the trade libel claims deserve to be heard and decided at trial.”
